You will be called 48 hours prior to your appointment to be explained this salon policy, discuss your appointment and asked to pay a 50% fee.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been around someone who has, please rearrange your appointment for 14 days time.
Please wait in your car or outside the salon until we call you in. Please be on time for your appointment, if you are late it may result in your appointment being cancelled and you will still be charged.
Please come to your appointment alone.
You will be asked to wash your hands and/or use antibacterial solution on arrival, before using the bathroom and upon departure of the salon. We have anti-bac stations located at the front and the back doors for your convenience and face masks if you wish to wear one. All stations and treatment rooms will also have anti bacterial solution for you to use if you wish.
Please do not bring bags and coats into the salon only items that you need.
We have removed all magazines so you are welcome to bring your own magazine, kindle, book or iPad.
For the foreseeable future we will only be serving bottled water for refreshments.
Where possibly please pay by card or contactless or using our new client App.
Please where possible observe social distancing.
We have just come through what has been an incredibly difficult time for our business so please bear with us while we adapt to these changes in the salon and if you feel we have missed something just let us know.
